If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened and in its original packaging. The original receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated below, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, the fee for which will be deducted from your return credit amount. You will receive an email once the return is completed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the carrier (for example USPS) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or lost during the transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for theft of items ("porch pirates") delivered by carriers that reach their destination.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
